Real life death panels already exist and have been in operation for years. Those death panels (as opposed to the mythical &quot;death panels&quot; conjured up by the opponents of reform, including the health care establishment, their paid surrogates in Congress and all of those town hall crazies that have been manipulated against their  own interests) are fully staffed by insurance company executives. If meaningful reform fails to pass, the numbers &quot;executed&quot; at their hands will continue to rise.</description>
