They're actually preparing for riots that will erupt when the investment account runs (taking place as we type) precipitate some major runs on commercial banks with a failure of funds availability and the corresponding chaos that a real and acute cash crisis will precipitate in selected metropolitan areas where some big banks are on death watch.
