&lt;b&gt;My Takeaways&lt;/b&gt;

1) There&#039;s probably not a lot of room for error for even the most talented and hard-working African Americans who would attempt to overcome B-More&#039;s poorest neighborhoods. 

2) Comfortably middle-class and upper-class U.S. citizens who have convinced themselves that any U.S. citizen, bearing any phenotypical traits, should inherit those types of circumstances, probably need to reflect on what &lt;a href=&quot;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercy&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;MERCY&lt;/a&gt; really means.

3) In a country as incredibly wealthy as ours, communities such as B-More&#039;s poorest neighborhoods are not required, so what merciful person could possibly desire that other U.S. citizens would inherit them?</description>
