A balanced mix of topics. The topics were in the news, but they weren't the most covered or controversial topics. This helped create a civil conversation and a welcoming atmosphere. I don't want another bad or boring political show; this show is certainly not one of those. Jimi could not have managed this conversation better. And, I did not feel Michel Martin's presence as much as I have in previous shows. She came in and faded out nicely during this show. So, I think this one should be the model used for future shows Les. I'm a fan. When will I be able to start downloading my NPR Barbershop podcasts on a weekly basis? I just listened to the show.
