		<description>Although there&#039;s no legal definition for malt liquor outside of that for beer, malt liquor tends to have anywhere from 20-&lt;b&gt;80&lt;/b&gt;% more alcohol by volume than beer.  

I know it sounds scary, but in real numbers you&#039;re talking 6-9% alcoholic content.  I&#039;m not sure of malt liquor&#039;s genesis (other than it&#039;s an American invention); neither can I explain how &lt;i&gt;forties&lt;/i&gt; have become synonymous with the Black underclass.</description>
