		<description>I think you&#039;re right.  It becomes at worst another PR thing.  At best it blends things together (the civil rights movement, the anti-war movement, the black power movement...and the hip-hop movement?) that politically speaking shouldn&#039;t be blended together.</description>

(a related point on labeling: i went to a fundraising seminar regarding Hurricane Katrina once, and we were adivsed to always label our relief projects with the term &quot;operation&quot; in the front, as studies proved that the term helped gain mass support. i guess the U.S. military has always known this point though; they tend to label their projects &quot;operation ______&quot;).</description>
